Eligibility:

The competition opens on Friday 23rd May and closes at 23:59 on Friday 30th May.

Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected using a random number generator and notified by email by Mini U on Monday 2nd June. Winners must respond within four weeks (Monday 30th June) to claim their prize. Winners selected on a first come, first serve basis. Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
Prize Restrictions:
Prize subject to availability, with no cash alternative. Non-transferable and non-refundable.
General Conditions:
Participation in the competition constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to the Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the competition, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; nor for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical error, or unauthorised human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, or the failure to capture any such information.

Entrants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the competition and any other purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. The data may also be used by the Promoter in order to verify the participant’s identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant’s eligibility to participate in the competition. Participants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. Limitation of Liability:
The Promoter, its agents, distributors, or any other companies involved in the promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents accept no responsibility for any costs, losses, damages, or expenses suffered by entrants because of participating in the competition, accepting any prize, or any part of it. This limitation of liability does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter or its agents, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Intellectual Property:
By entering this competition, entrants agree that any content submitted as part of the competition entry becomes the property of the Promoter, who may use such content for any marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without compensation to the entrant.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the competition materials or on the competition website. Entrants agree to be bound by such amendments.
Compliance with Social Media Platforms:
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms on which it may be promoted. Entrants release all social media platforms from all liability arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes relating to this competition will be resolved by the Promoter and, where necessary, through negotiations between the parties involved. Brand Participation:
Despite being hosted on separate websites, the competition constitutes a single promotion with entries consolidated across both platforms for the purpose of prize allocation. By entering this competition, participants acknowledge and consent to the sharing of their entry data between Mini U and Rockahula Kids, for the sole purpose of administering the competition and prize distribution.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
Additional Provisions:
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the competition; to violate the Terms and Conditions; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
If, for any reason, the competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel the competition; (b) modify the competition or suspend the competition to address the impairment and then resume the competition in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) award the prize from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
