Help! My offer code isn’t working.
First things first, make sure the offer code has been entered correctly. If it’s still not working, it could be that the offer code has expired or that there is already a discount or offer code applied to your basket. You should also check that your basket meets the requirements of the offer – for example, sometimes there is a minimum amount you need to spend or the code only applies to certain products. If you’re still stuck, let us know email@example.com
Can I leave a review of my favourite product?
We’d love to hear what you think of our products! There’s a review section on each of our products. Just head to your favourite product and click on the review tab.
Where can I add my offer code?
To go to your basket, click on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner. Once you’re in your basket you can enter you code in the box provided.
What payment options do you offer?
We like to think we’ve made it easy to pay. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

Do I qualify for free delivery?
We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £25!
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship to UK addresses. However, we’re working on adding more countries to our list as soon as we can.
I have an item missing from my order.
We’re so sorry! Please get in touch as soon as possible and let us know your order number and we’ll get it sorted for you.
I’ve received the wrong item in my order.
Oh dear, that’s not good. Please get in touch as soon as possible and let us know your order number and we’ll get it sorted for you.
Can I amend my order?
We may be able to change some elements of your order. Get in touch as soon as possible (and if you haven’t already received a dispatch notification) and you might be in luck.
Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn’t left the building, you can cancel your order. Please let us know as soon as possible and before you’ve received a dispatch confirmation.
I’ve received a damaged or faulty item in my order.
How frustrating – we’re really sorry. It happens from time to time that the products haven’t travelled well in the post, if this is the case please get in touch and send any photos you can and we’ll take it from there.
My order hasn’t arrived yet.
If you ordered more than seven days ago, get in touch and let us know. We’re noticing some orders are taking longer than usual due to the ongoing crisis but we can always look into the order tracking for you. If it’s been less than seven days, sit tight for now. We know you’re desperate to get your hands on the goods but they’re probably just a little delayed.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! All our packaging is fully recyclable. When recycling our bottles and tubs, make sure to clean them first and keep the lids on, otherwise the caps won’t be recycled. Please check local recycling guidelines as they can vary on location.
Are your products vegan?
All our products are suitable for vegans!
Are your products cruelty free?
Absolutely! We never have and never will test our products on animals.
Are your products gluten free?
Yes! All of our products are free from gluten, soy and dairy
Do your products have an expiry date?
You’ll notice two things on our packs. A little symbol, like an open pot, which will usually say ‘12m’. This means the product is good for 12 months once opened. We also include a batch code on pack which simply tells us when the product was manufactured. Not to be confused with an expiry date.
What age can my child start using your products?
All of our cream & liquid products are suitable from newborn. All of our bath bombs, bath colour tablets, crayons are suitable from 3+ and our Create Your Own Bath Bomb kit is particularly suited to those 6+ due to the making process.
Do you offer samples?
Unfortunately not at the moment. It’s something we’re working on though, so watch this space. In the meantime, we offer 10% off your order for a first time purchase to help you try our range. Just sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of any page.
The product I’ve got looks slightly different to the ones that were on offer before?
You might have noticed things are looking a little different around here now. We’ve refreshed our look and our brand to better reflect who we are. The majority of our products have just had a makeover, but there’s some new additions to the range including the Golden Grapefruit Hand Wash, Tropical Berries Hair & Body Wash, Bath Crayons, Mermaid Bath Bomb and Rocket Bath Bomb.
